What is a Superfruit?

    Superfruits are considered by Nutrition scientists to be those fruits that not only provide you with basic nutrition, in the form of energy (calories) and some nutrients but also with high levels of some important nutritive feedstock like fibres, vitamins, antioxidants, or a combination of the above.     

    Some superfruits also have naturally occurring active ingredients that may assist with different body functions like alertness, sleep, bowel functions and numerous others, and sometimes, even some illnesses.
