How fruit and Superfruit extracts are made?

Depending on the characteristics of each fruit a different process may be applied. Simple water extraction from juice is the most common method. But not every fruit extract is suitable to this process. Concentration of "infusions" and alcoholic extraction are some of the other processes. Temperature control and quality tests are performed to make sure each batch has the right, and safe, amount of concentrate. Because the fruits vary in their components contents the quality control makes sure that the desired result is uniform. This is usually achieved by selecting a marker and measuring its concentration in the end product.
